This is not a sign-up form. Barbara reviews every application personally and not everyone will be accepted. That is not gatekeeping — it is respect for the work and for the people who are genuinely ready to do it.

Be honest. The people who get the most out of this retreat are the ones who show up truthfully in the application. If you're performing here, you'll perform there too.

This is confidential. It is not a disqualifier — it is information that helps Barbara hold the space properly. Withholding it does not serve you.

What happens after you apply: Barbara reviews your application personally and responds within 5–7 business days. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with a link to submit your $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance of $2,721 can be paid at a minimum of $268/month or more, and must be paid in full by April 1, 2027.

By submitting this application you understand that acceptance is not guaranteed, that the $500 deposit is non-refundable, and that the remaining balance must be paid in full by April 1, 2027.
